By sending Payment, the Client automatically agrees to the Terms of Service outlined by the Artist.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS
- Payment is expected up front after the initial sketches have been delivered and will be requested through a Paypal Invoice.
- The Client may request a Refund, however, the amount refunded will be subject to the following:
a) If the Artist has not started the commission, the Client will receive the full amount of the commission.
b) If the Artist has started work on the commission, the Client will receive a partial refund, determined by the amount of work invested into the commission.
- The Client will not be subject to a refund if the artwork is complete.
- Payments of over $200 can be partially paid after further discussion.
ARTWORK USE AND RIGHTS
- The Artist retains the right to use their Artwork for commercial purposes, including the production of prints, stickers, charms, art books, and other merchandise.
- The Artist may upload the artwork to their personal gallery for display.
- The Client may only use commissioned artwork for non-commercial use.
- The Client may repost the finished commission on their social media with proper credit AND links back to the artist's deviantart or twitter.
- If the Client wishes to purchase rights to the artwork for commercial use, this must be negotiated at the time of commissioning. The Client will have to sign an artist licensing agreement. Extra fees are dependent on the contract.
- Requests to purchase rights after the artwork is completed will be denied.
- Clients may request to remain anonymous on uploaded artwork.
EDITS AND REVISIONS
- The Client may request edits and revisions of the artwork without charge at the sketch stage of the commission.
- Edits requested beyond the sketch stage will incur an additional fee based on how much work it will require to preform the edits requested.
- If the Artist misses a detail, marking, accessory, etc on the character reference provided, it will be rectified without additional charge.
- Any missing markings, accents, details, etc on the commission that is not shown in the provided reference will incur an additional fee to adjust. Please ensure that the visual reference of your character is accurate.
- Major revisions such as a pose change, palette change, background change, etc will not be made after the sketch of the commission is approved by the client.
UPDATES, COMMUNICATION, AND DELIVERY
- The Turnaround time for all commissions is on average 1 to 3 months.
- Artwork deadlines, if any, need to be conveyed before payment is transferred and will incur a fee based on the deadline set by the Client.
- The Artist will provide a sketch draft of the commission to the client for approval and a completed artwork for revision.
- If the Artist is unsure about a character detail, the Artist will ask the client for clarification.
- Clients may request additional updates at any time.
- All completed commissions will be delivered through google drive as digital files unless specified.
